Policy


All items are shipped fully insured

If you have any special shipping requests please contact us either before or after your purchase and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Shipping and Item Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damage the USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Lagrav.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located the USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Lagrav.com and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Lagrav.com will gladly refund your original payment.

When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Lagrav.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems. If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Lagrav.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days from receiving the item, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Lagrav.com.  Please contact us if you want to exchange or return your purchase for any reason.  Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees.

Web and phone order purchases require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged / returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. Watches with links removed, as well as watches without all original packaging and manuals will also not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with a valid RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued.  Lagrav.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
  • We will refund the purchase price of the returned item not including shipping fees.
  • Please Print, fill out, sign, and include the emailed RMA form with your package. Send your package to the return address specified on the RMA form. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after delivery for the return to be processed.
  • If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.

We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.

Special Orders
Select items sold on Lagrav.com may be considered a “Special Order” and subject to a limited return policy. A “Special Order” may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, or items that have been engraved or customized for the customer in someway.

Order Processing

Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 1:30 PM EST will ship the same day, please review our “Payment Methods” section below and double check product availability with Lagrav.com customer service. After hours, weekends, and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact Lagrav.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. When the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. For package tracking, please go to our Shipping section above.

JLagrav.com will accept payments via the following methods; credit card, money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check.   Lagrav.com highly recommends payment in the form of a credit card for security purposes. You may browse the following payment methods below for more details:

Different Shipping and Billing Addresses
Lagrav.com recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to Lagrav.com is subject to verification. Watches with links removed, as well as watches without all original packaging and manuals will also not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order. If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.


What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order?
If you receive a “declined” error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Lagrav.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.


Checks:
Payment via money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. Please call or + 1 914-337-0923 to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number over the phone or email. Please include your order number on the “memo” section of your check. You may mail your check to Lagrav.com with the following enclosed:


1. Your Order Number
2. Your Name, Shipping Address, Email,and Contact Number
3. Your Signed Check with your order number in the “memo” section

Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. After a payment is received, it usually takes one to two weeks to ship out your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Note checks are subject to our verification.
International Orders and Credit Cards issued outside of the United States.


Online Payment

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  

Verification
All online international orders are verified through the Lagrav.com payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.

Duty and Shipping
Lagrav.com does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via UPS and are subject to UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. To calculate the shipping rate for your order, please refer to the shipping chart below:

International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. Oversize and/or high value orders that may require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by Lagrav.com prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location.   Lagrav.com has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.

Shipping Problems


If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Lagrav.com.   If the item is received damaged, please contact us within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
Sales Tax:

All items shipped within the state of Connecticut ONLY will be charged applicable Connecticut State sales tax. Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of Connecticut.
